Mr. Faust was most recently CEO of Optinel Systems an optical communications system provider for the broadband industry. He has held senior management positions at Antec (Arris) Network Technologies, ClearBand, General Instrument and Scientific-Atlanta and served on the Board of Antec and Optinel.

Mr. Gaitonde is the founding CEO of Great Software Laboratory. He founded Sarvega in Chicago in June 2000 and raised over $20M from leading VCs. Sarvega provided products that secure and scale XML-based Web services applications before acquisition by Intel in August 2005. Mr. Gaitonde founded Internet Junction which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1995.

As a partner at Niro Scavone Haller & Niro (Chicago), Mr. Scavone joined the firm at its inception in 1976, and since that time, has tried patent and trademark cases in federal courts throughout the U.S.

Mr. Smith currently serves on the Board of Directors for Commscope Inc. and the Management Committee of Music Choice. He has served as Corporate VP of Business Development, Broadband Communications Sector of Motorola, Inc. and held various executive positions with General Instrument Corporation, including EVP, VP Taxes as well as Corporate Treasurer.
