Mr. Duggan is the President of Jackson Boulevard Capital Management, Ltd. He is also the General Partner of Jackson Boulevard Ventures, LP. Paul has extensive experience in the field of valuations of intellectual property rights, including work as a consultant for Amp Inc., Raychem, Black and Decker and FMC. He has served on the Board of Directors of several publicly traded companies including Damen Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: DFIN), PS Financial (PSFI), and Cell Pathways, Inc. (CLPA). In addition, Mr. Duggan served on the Board of Directors of Marinette Marine Corporation, a privately owned concern in the ship building industry prior to its sale to Manitowoc Corporation (MTW).

Frank is Vice-Chairman of tvCompass and a founder of the company. He was also a founder of Universal Electronics Inc. (NASDAQ:UEIC). Universal Electronics became a publicly traded company in 1993 and to date has sold over 200 million universal remotes. Frank was responsible for bringing the remote control to the cable television and satellite industries.

Ed was founder of General Instrument’s SURFboard™ cable modem business (pre-acquisition Motorola Inc., Connected Home business group). Motorola’s SURFboard™ is currently the worldwide market share leader in broadband cable modem products. Joining Motorola’s Mobile Devices business in 2003 as General Manager, he directed mobile software solutions subsidiaries on a global basis, including 4thpass Inc. and Starfish Inc. (Nokia/Pumatech). He has worked with a worldwide customer base, including China Mobile, China Unicom, T-Mobile US, Nextel, Telefonica Moviles Espana, O2 and Oi.

Mr. Doherty was a founder, an original investor and Chairman of the Board of Universal Electronics, Inc. (NASDAQ:UEIC). Mr.Doherty is also an independent commodity trader and has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade since 1976.

Mr. Hickey is a co-founder and the former President of Chicago Partners LLC where he consulted on finance, intellectual property, and strategy matters. Before consulting, he was a political appointee at the U.S. International Trade Commission where he provided economic and financial analyses. His consulting experience includes the development of valuation and other financial models, strategic consulting for start-up companies, the valuation and licensing of intellectual property, international trade economics, and product development.

Mr. Shintaku is President and CEO of Inter-Continental Associates Group, LLC and ICAG, Inc.; ICAG has been a leading investment and consulting firm in the Asia/Pacific region since 1973. He is active in the movie entertainment and gaming industries, holding the position of Chairman/CEO – Premier Entertainment Services Inc., Chairman/CEO of Digital Gaming Technologies Inc. and DIGATECH International Inc., Chairman, Island Entertainment Inc. (motion picture production), and Director/Executive Vice President of ValCom Studios.
