CHICAGO, November 10, 2005  – tvCompass Inc. announced today the appointment of Roger P. Hickey and Richard Shintaku to its board of directors.

Roger P. Hickey has more than 20 years consulting and finance experience. Currently, Hickey is president of Chicago Partners LLC, where he consults on finance, intellectual property and strategy matters. His areas of expertise include strategic advisement for start-up companies, the valuation and licensing of intellectual property, international trade economics and product development. He is also president of Syndia Corporation, a patent development, licensing and intellectual asset management company. Before beginning his career in consulting, Hickey was a political appointee at the U.S. International Trade Commission where he performed economic and financial analyses. Hickey earned an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1988 and a bachelor’s degree in economics and government from Georgetown University in 1983.

Richard Shintaku brings a strong record of business experience in the entertainment and finance industries to his role as a member of tvCompass’ board of directors. Shintaku currently serves as president and CEO of Inter-Continental Associates Group, a leading investment and consulting firm in the Asia/Pacific region. He is also active in the movie entertainment and gaming industries. He holds the position of chairman and CEO of Premier Entertainment Services Inc., a product placement firm; chairman and CEO of Digital Gaming Technologies Inc. and DIGATECH International Inc.; chairman of Island Entertainment Inc., a motion picture production company; and director and executive vice president of ValCom Studios, a motion picture and television studio. Shintaku has also been asked to serve as the first Honorary Consul General of Japan in the State of Nevada and is presently serving as the Nevada representative on the Republican National Roundtable.
